I started MavenCo because I’ve lived both the urgency and the opportunity that come with leading mission-driven work.

I’ve held executive roles in government, nonprofits, and tech. I’ve seen what happens when purpose-driven teams are supported by clear strategy and strong operations—and what happens when they aren’t. I’ve experienced the weight of “doing more with less” while navigating shrinking budgets, high expectations, and a changing landscape.

But I’ve also seen what’s possible. With the right structures in place, social impact leaders can move farther and faster. They can scale missions, build trust, and create real outcomes for the communities they serve.

MavenCo exists to make that possible more often. We don’t overcomplicate. We don’t hand you a plan and walk away. We work with you to build momentum and make the most of what you’ve got—while helping you prepare for what’s next.
